HUMAN consists of a diverse array of mental health professionals and service
users, from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines, united by a shared passion
for examining issues at the interface between the humanities and mental health.
To develop, implement and disseminate, innovative research addressing
conceptual and empirical questions at the interface between the humanities and
mental health.
To provide an open forum for the discussion and promulgation of ideas and
concepts relevant to the humanities and mental health.
To foster connections between individuals and organisations with established or
nascent interests in the humanities and mental health.
